1. Operator
LLMHub is operated by Eyelo SA, Rue du Simplon 37, 1006 Lausanne, Switzerland, UID CHE-108.174.302. Eyelo SA is not registered for Swiss VAT. Requests may be sent to support@llmhub.ch.
2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to llmhub.ch, account creation, the purchase and use of credits, API keys and access to offered models.
The user must accept the version presented before the first top-up. A new acceptance may be required before a later purchase when a material change is published.
The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter into the agreement.
3. Service description
LLMHub provides a user account, prepaid credit wallet, API keys and an interface compatible with the formats advertised on the website. Requests are sent to RouterLab, a technical service operated by Eyelo SA.
Eyelo SA does not develop the base models or alter their licences. The catalogue, routes, capabilities and prices may change. Information shown at the time of use or purchase prevails.
4. Account and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect passwords and API keys, and promptly notify LLMHub of unauthorised access. A key must be revoked as soon as it is no longer needed or compromise is suspected.
Users remain responsible for operations performed with their credentials until revocation, except where Eyelo SA is at fault or mandatory law provides otherwise.
5. Permitted use
The service must be used in accordance with applicable law, these terms, published technical limits and the terms applying to selected models.
- Fraud, spam, harassment, illegal content, malware and attempts to bypass security measures are prohibited.
- Users must not submit third-party data without the required rights.
- Users must not attempt to extract secrets, access other accounts or disrupt the infrastructure.
6. RouterLab and model providers
LLMHub uses RouterLab as its technical gateway. When a route uses a proprietary provider, data required for execution is processed under that provider's infrastructure, terms and commitments.
Eyelo SA does not guarantee identical location, retention or availability for every route. Users must select a route compatible with the sensitivity of their data.
7. Prices, credits and expiry
Prices are stated in USD. The total price, applicable taxes and any fees are displayed before payment is confirmed.
The conversion rate, any applicable bonus and the total credits are displayed before every top-up and may change for new orders.
Active credits expire 90 days after the latest top-up. A top-up before expiry extends the entire active balance for another 90 days. Expired credits are not restored by a later top-up.
Credits have no monetary value, earn no interest and cannot be transferred between accounts unless required by law or expressly approved by Eyelo SA.
8. Payment, activation and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Credits are added after payment confirmation.
Subject to mandatory rights, consumed credits are non-refundable. A user requesting immediate activation agrees that performance begins before any applicable withdrawal period has expired.
Where a right of withdrawal validly applies, the value already supplied or consumed may be deducted to the extent permitted by law. Requests must be sent to support@llmhub.ch with the order reference.
9. Model output and availability
Models may produce errors, inaccurate content or unpredictable results. Users must verify outputs before any important use.
LLMHub does not guarantee continuous model availability or a particular outcome. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial or professional advice.
10. Intellectual property
The website, interface, documentation and brand elements belong to Eyelo SA or their respective owners. Models remain subject to their own licences.
Users remain responsible for their content, their right to have it processed and restrictions applying to output.
11. Suspension
Eyelo SA may restrict or suspend an account in case of a security risk, unlawful use, fraud, non-payment, breach of these terms or urgent technical necessity.
Where circumstances allow, the user is informed of the reason and required measures. Legal retention duties continue after account closure.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eyelo SA is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or decisions made without verification based on generated output.
Eyelo SA's total liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or where prohibited by law.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. For business customers, the courts of the Canton of Vaud have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer venues and protections remain fully reserved.
