What we control
Eyelo SA controls LLMHub accounts, sessions, API keys, credits, order references and metadata required for billing and security.
Infrastructure directly controlled by Eyelo SA is located in Switzerland and Germany. Access is limited according to roles and operational need.
Request content
LLMHub does not permanently retain prompt and response content. A very short-lived technical cache may exist only to route or deliver a response.
Content required for execution is sent to RouterLab. A proprietary route may then send data to the corresponding provider.
Minimisation and transparency
- No advertising or audience analytics tools.
- No sale of personal data.
- Retention limited to service, security and legal requirements.
- Payments processed by Stripe without the complete card number being disclosed to LLMHub.
- Routes and transfers described according to their actual destination.

Requests for access, correction, deletion or any data question may be sent to support@llmhub.ch. Eyelo SA may request identity verification before responding.
Processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where its conditions apply, the GDPR.
